Overview

For some services eyekandy may need to receive a product feed from your company so that the feed can be used to power the service.

This is usually a CSV document of your product inventory, the required columns will change depending on the service you want to integrate.

Passing your Product Feed to eyekandy

In general it is best if you can publish your feed to a web location that eyekandy can access and download from on-demand. If this isn't possible please let us know and we can discuss an alternative mechanism (FTP, etc).

When eyekandy is able to reach your published feed we will automate a solution to ingest it into the backend for the service that requires it.

Eyekandy will update from your feed at least once per day, we'll let you know if the feed becomes unavailable at any point.

Not all of our services require Product Feeds, the ones that do are listed below.

Intel® Interactive Experience

The Intel® Interactive Experience service requires information about your product inventory, stock availability, and pricing.

When publishing your feed please include the following columns:

• brand
• model
• name
• short-description
• long-description
• sku
• ean
• mpn
• upc
• price
• discounted
• in-stock
• add-to-cart-url

AR Showcase

The AR Showcase service requires information about your product inventory and pricing.

When publishing your feed please include the following columns:

• brand
• model
• name
• category
• sku
• price
• image-url
• product-page-url

The following columns can assist with matching more of your inventory, please include any that are available:

• ean
• mpn
• upc
