Configuration File

Each Eyekandy Syndicated retailer has a site-specific configuration file that allows Eyekandy to uniquely configure the syndication experience. Below you will find a selection of the properties that we can configure on your behalf to enhance the experience of your site’s users. This list is not exhaustive, but contains those properties that it may be useful for you to be aware of.

In all cases you will need the Eyekandy Development Team to make any changes to these properties that you may require. To make contact with a request please use prioritysupport@eyekandy.com.

status

With this flag we can enable/disable syndication to your site

placement_desktop

With this flag we can position the Eyekandy clickable button (that displays the Eyekandy QR code on desktop) to the nearest HTML element available on your page

placement_mobile

As above but for mobile devices

We use this to enable Eyekandy’s 360° View on your site.

status_avatar

We use this to enable Eyekandy Avatar syndication on your site.

status_aae

We use this to enable Eyekandy’s Ask an Expert syndication on your site.
